Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of proverbaiconsulting.com and to the free AI Quick Win Kit offered by Proverb AI & Consulting PLLC ("Proverb Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to agree for that company.

1. Using the Website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. Please don't interfere with how it works, try to access systems or data you aren't authorized to access, or use automated tools to copy its content in bulk.

2. The Free AI Quick Win Kit

• Free, with no obligation. The Kit costs nothing, and booking a call doesn't commit you to buying anything.
• Limited availability. We offer the Kit to a limited number of companies each month. We may decline, waitlist or reschedule a request, and we decide whether a request is a fit.
• Who it's for. The Kit is for businesses, and an owner or manager should take part in the call and the check-in.
• What's included. The Kit's contents are described on our website and may change over time. We'll confirm what you're getting on the call.
• What you keep. You may use the agent, training video, prompt pack, AI usage policy template and Opportunity Snapshot we deliver to you inside your own business, indefinitely. We keep ownership of our underlying methods, templates and know-how and may reuse them. Please don't resell or redistribute Kit materials outside your company.

3. Your Accounts, Tools and Data

• We build in tools your company already uses, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. You're responsible for those accounts, their licenses and permissions, and following the providers' terms.
• Give us only the access we need, and remove it whenever you like.
• Don't share sensitive personal, financial or health information, or your customers' personal data, unless we've agreed in writing how it will be handled.
• You're responsible for following your own policies and any laws that apply to how your company uses AI.

4. AI Output and Results

AI tools can produce errors. Review anything AI creates (emails, quotes, summaries and so on) before you rely on it or send it. You're responsible for the decisions you make and the content you send. We don't guarantee specific results, including time saved, cost savings or revenue.

5. Paid Services

Paid work, such as the 30-Day Office AI Rollout, the 90-Day AI Program or a monthly retainer, is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

6. Emails

When you book a call or use our calculator, we'll send emails related to your request. We'll send our newsletter only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

7. Our Content

The website's content, including text, graphics, logos and videos, belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to use the prompts and how-to guides we publish inside your own business. Please don't republish our content as your own.

8. Third-Party Services

Booking runs on Cal.com, and our work often happens inside Google, Microsoft and other third-party tools. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they operate or for their outages.

9. Disclaimers

The website, its content and the free Kit are provided "as is" and "as available." Information on the website is general and isn't legal, financial or other professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from the website or the free Kit. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or the free Kit is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or the Kit after that means you accept the updated Terms.
